Trouble With Payment? Here's the Fix!

Houston, we have a problem...

Have you recently had issues on our site NOT being redirected to pay? We finally figured out why! Luckily, we have a solution, but we need your help!


As it turns out, Google Chrome has blocked "pop-ups and redirects" as a safety precaution. That is wonderful because I cannot stand pop-ups! However, an unexpected side effect is that our customers are NOT being redirected to our payment platform (Paypal), HUGE bummer!


So, to avoid this mess, when you visit our website next .... and before you place your order... follow these steps:


  1. Click on the More tab (it's the three vertical dots) at the top right of your browser.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click Privacy and Security on the left.


4. Click the Site Settings in the Privacy and Security section.


5. Scroll down and select Pop-ups and Redirects.

6. Choose what you want to do:

> Allow all pop-ups

> Allow pop-ups only from specific sites

Be sure to "Always Allow All Pop-Ups and Redirects" for www.watsonfamilypress.com; this will ensure that you have the best overall experience on our website every single time you visit us.


Thankfully, we only have one pop-up on our site. It tells you about our turnaround time and current promotions. I update it weekly to provide you with the most up to date information. Also, we have one redirect, and that is when you pay. Our payment processor is Paypal. We love them because they fiercely protect our customers and their confidential information.


Don't have a Paypal account? No worries there! You may enter your credit/debit card information as a guest during check-out in the new browser that opens.

I hope that there is a patch soon to fix this error, but in the meantime, be sure to enable pop-ups and redirects for our website.
