So, you ordered the Nature Mega Bundle (or another lovely homeschool bundle), what do you do now?
These bundles are jam packed with gorgeous, useful resources for unit studies and learning adventures. They are great for homeschool and non-homeschool families alike. I know folks who use them to supplement nature studies NOT taught in the public school classroom.
Here are a few tips to get the most our of your bundle without breaking the bank on printing:
Open and download your PDF files. Then take the time to review all of the beautiful materials that you just purchased.
Create a timeline. Pull out your homeschool or family planner (or your yearly master plan) to determine when would be the best time to use these new resources. Look closely at how it aligns with your core nature curriculum too. Also, think about any upcoming trips you might have to see how some of these studies may align with those.
Organize files to print for the month. Once you've determined your time frame for utilizing specific files, then begin organizing them into monthly or quarterly (or whatever works best for your family) file folders. Use these as your guide for what prints you need to order (or print at home) each month. If ordering prints, I recommend ordering them a month or two in advance to ensure that you have all of your materials in a timely fashion.
Get an estimate for prints. Now that you know which files you need printed, at any given time, you can get an instant estimate for prints on our website: www.watsonfamilypress.com; play with the order form to determine your specific needs and best bang for your buck. As a general rule, if it is REALLY colorful, print it in color. If there are Montessori or informational cards, print them on card stock.
Upload files to be printed and place your order. When you're ready to place your order, upload your files to the form. If the file size is too large, then send it to use via www.wetransfer.com. Submit your order form and payment! Voila! It's really that simple.
Enjoy your new curricula. Lastly, enjoy your new resources! Once your order comes to us, we process and ship it to you as quickly as our nimble fingers can do it.
